At Gandhi Appliances, we strive to ensure your kitchen and home solutions meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the appliance in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our warehouse facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
